Week 7
Its the beginning of week 7 and the home stretch is almost in sight. I have shed the fat and now its time to put on the bulk. I am looking forward to the next two weeks to see how much muscle weight I can gain. Thus far I have not noticed a considerable weight gain. I chalk that up to turning the fat lbs into muscle lbs. The diet is much easier to get down, although making all that food is still no fun. I sure hope there is a massive BBQ after this is over with tons of BEEEEEERRR. MMMMMMM BEEEEEEERRR
