stay the path...
Life has a way of throwing out curveballs, twists, and all sorts of turns. All of which will detour our training plans. I need to be able to roll along without getting derailed. I need to stay the path... Which is easier said then done! Temptations are everywhere! From watching my co-workers eating syrup soaked pancakes to partying with friends. There are only 2 weeks left in this challenge. That is 13 days, 78 meals, 15 workouts, and not one beer. Easier said then done! One worry I don't have is with my supplements. I am stocked up on NO-SHOTGUN, NO-SYNTHESIZE, AND PROTEIN SHAKES. All of which help me blast through Carla's workout plan. All I have to do is stay on the path... Easier said then done!
