Don't quit now!

Week 5 is going strong.  Hit my legs hard on Monday can barely walk today.  Thanks for that extra tri sets on my quads.  Thought I would put up a few photos of my workout since nobody else seems to want to put photos on the blog.  My studio mate Jason thought he would take creative license with one of my photos and this is the result of going 2 days without my NO-Shotgun.Ok I wasn't going to post it but what the hell who cares.  Those noodle arms are going to win this whole thing.  
I think one thing that is holding me back is I don't have a partner to work out with so I'm going solo on this.  I just moved back down to Denver and I'm getting some help from my trainer friend Adam Bratten with Tessera Performance.  He has been helping me out a couple of days a week now so I thought I post a couple of photos of him kicking my ass.  
This was Back and Triceps day.


My numbers are going up  
Reverse grip tricep push downs are the bomb.. feel the burn.


Bent over rows and Roman Dead lifts hurt like hell.  My hammies were aching for days.  
I'll keep you all posted on the progress and results of the VPX supps.
