Okay, I am a little sore

Week 1:  I forgot how much this hurts.  Week one was not easy.  I stepped right into the workouts and after doing legs the first day was sore for about 5 days.  I was not well organized on the diet but ate well and supplemented exactly as ordered by Carla Sanchez utilizing the VPX shakes (two per day).  In particular, I took the NO Shotgun pre-workout and the NO Synthesize post workout.  What I found most interesting (aside from being incredibly sore from the workouts) was that after drinking the NO Synthesize post workout I didn't have the normal post workout crash.  I went down two belt notches and lost 10 lbs in the first 10 days.
