Midway Point in VPX Cahllenge

We are getting ready to start the final 4 weeks of the challenge, and my workout partner (Mr. Watren) decides to go on a cruise. I hope he enjoys the Carribean! In reference to the supplements, The Shotgun has enough giddy-up in it to make early morning workouts easier, and the Synthesis seems to stave off hunger until I can get breakfast going. Shotgun gives me a better pump, and a longer pump than anything else I have tried. Pretty impressed so far. The RTD (vanilla) tastes very good, easy to drink etc....The workouts are great, back to basics of hard and heavy. I didn't realize how much I missed that type of routine. The food has been what I expected, a lot of it and clean to boot. Not much different from what I normally eat, just a difference in quantity. Through week 4, I have gained 9.5 lbs, and thru the food and training, strength is gaining. My muscles have filled out, and I feel pretty good. I'm curious to see how a 47 year old will compare with the "Young Guns"!
