I found the calves I lost a few years ago
Week 3: Okay, thanks VPX and especially thanks Carla. Ms. Sanchez' two minutes of torture on the calves left me barely able to walk for a few days. I did as Carla suggested and added NO Synthesize during my workouts. This was especially effective with respect to feeling better post-workout. In addition, I wasn't as hungry post workout. I could wait a little longer to eat which was convenient given the travel. I started the week with legs in Boston and did the rest in NYC and Denver. This week I froze about 1/2 my meals and had to buy VPX shakes on the road but found them easily at GNC. Shout out to the iPhone peeps for making it hard to cheat. The best food in Manhattan is at Pump in Mid town. They will cook to order and specialize in food for people trying to eat healthy (Huge amounts of protein if you want it). I am now down 4 belt notches and my weight is climbing. I actually expected to drop more weight so I know what that means. Double cardio soon....
