I am still sore but making a lot of progress

Week 2:  I forgot to mention that I traveled last week over 3,500 miles but still managed to get in my workouts.  I am on the road again this week to Florida.  I actually prepared my food in advance on Sunday, bagged everything and froze it for the week.  My colleagues laugh at me for checking a cooler but it seems like they always call for food at some point during the week.  I did not go hungry.  It was easy to bag the Shotgun and Synthesize into plastic bags, label it and add it to the shake mixer I travel with.  I found the NO Shotgun especially helpful since I was getting up to do my workouts at the equivalent of 3am Denver time.  I lost another belt notch this week (three total) and my weight stayed steady (down 10 lbs).
